The Great American Total Solar Eclipse – A Totally Thrilling Experience!
The Great American Total Solar Eclipse of 2017 was a unique space phenomenon that people all over the nation were excited for. The Path of Totality was a strip across the United States where people could view a 100% total eclipse; however, even those not in the “path” would still be able to view at least a partial eclipse. While Florida was not in the Path of Totality, Space Florida still wanted to be a part of this action.
We developed a campaign to promote ways to enjoy the solar eclipse whether you were in the path of totality or not. We sent out eblasts and Facebook posts reminding our fans of the event, postcards and created special eclipse-related experiences within our We Are Go Vacationauts apps quizzes and check-ins for limited edition badges).
